No Drive Again Today...
I would love to just go home after work put on my pj’s and settle in to watch the Olympics. But I won’t. Heading out for at least a 2 mile run. If I still feel this way after completing them, then to the couch I go. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get my running motivation back?
In Need Of Focus...
In the last 2 months my level of focus has gone from very high to pretty low. At one point it hit rock bottom and I spent about a 2 weeks with no focus at all! Are you experiencing the same thing? How are you getting yourself back on track?
