Wow! It’s been awhile since I have tumbled. I also can’t believe we are half way through February…time sure flies!! I hope everyone is doing awesome and enjoying 2013. I sure am!!
2013 Goals - My Journey To 26.2 and Better Eating Habits
1.) Run my first Marathon Oct 19th, 2013
2.) Run at least 1 race every month March to Oct
3.) Run 1-10mile and 2-1/2Marathons before my Marathon
4.) Eat healthy and Drop 30lbs
Now that I have announced my goals for the year, I hope some/all of you will join me in my journey to a healthier lifestyle. I would love to form a support group, we could check in with each other at least 2x a week sharing our success, challenges, recipes…simply anything you need to help each of us achieve our goals this your. What do you think?
